On September 10, 2020, a round table “The actual changes in activities of The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine” was held. It was organized in a joint project of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court and the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.

The speakers and participants of the event were judges of Supreme Court and of The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, representatives of law enforcement agency and the lawyers.

The managing partner Prosyanyuk was one of the speakers at the session dedicated to ensuring the unity of judicial practice in cases of criminal corruption offences, international wanted list and extradition of persons who have committed corruption criminal offences.

She shared the practical aspects of being put on the international wanted list by a lawyer. The main focus of her speech was on the controversial moment from which the person is considered to be in the international wanted list.
