On January 21, 2021 AVER LEX Attorneys at Law and the International charitable organization ‘Charitable Foundation ‘SOS Children’s Villages’ Ukraine started a joint educational project.

We developed this project to introduce children and young people to the jurisprudence and raise their legal knowledge. Training takes place in the format of discussing situations where the heroes of films and cartoons find themselves. After watching a video, lawyers explained how to assess some of the actions following civil and criminal law. Also, they talked about how to act under the law in such situations.

Increasing the legal knowledge of them is one of our priorities because this is the key to protect their rights and interests. During the first meeting, legal assistants Oleksiy Bokhan and Denis Shevchenko discussed with the participants the civil law and the consequences of formalizing verbal and signed contracts. They also have a criminal-legal assessment of the actions of the cartoon characters ‘Shrek’. We expect to get an enjoyable experience for team and project participants.
